Thank you for your interest in presenting at this years’ Psychiatry Research Day.

There are two steps to the abstract submission process:

Step 1 – Submit the Conflict of Interest (COI) form

  1. Click here to download the PDF form.
  2. Follow the instructions to complete and sign the form (Note: please indicate in Part 2 that you are a speaker. If you are also an author, indicate that as well).
  3. Save the form to your computer.
  4. Email the saved form to psych.research@dal.ca.

Important: The COI form is required for accreditation purposes. Your abstract will NOT be considered unless both the abstract form and COI form are submitted. The deadline to submit is September 1, 2025.

Step 2 – Submit the abstract form

If you would prefer an oral presentation but there is insufficient program time for your submission to be included as an oral presentation are you prepared to present in poster format?


   

Award Category

Prizes may be awarded in the categories below. Former prize winners are not eligible to compete in the category in which they have won within the past two years. In order to be eligible for an award, you must be presenting your own research.

Note: Posters and oral presentations will be judged together in each category.

Submissions should describe the research design and results. Oral presentations are limited to 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
